The food itself is great, high meat, whole prey and low carb. I will go back to ordering direct with Eden.
Placed an order late Wed for an item in stock, expecting it to be despatched Thurs, as website says usually despatched in 24hrs. Didn’t hear anything so emailed at weekend asking why the delay, as thought maybe flooding was an issue and understandable for the delay. Got a despatch notice on Mon and delivered on Tues. Still no response to email or reason for the delay in despatch. Will not be using again, really poor communication and awful customer service, especially as it was my first order.
