No sign of my order, despite you saying you fulfilled it 4 days ago. DHL saying they haven’t got it yet
Jurassic Bark have been my supplier for the last 2 years. Unfortunately the last deliveries have become unreliable and I suspect they have problems with cash flow. For example the last order was notified as being dispatched a full week after placing the order but only half of it has arrived and DPD say the dispatcher created 2 labels but only gave them the content of one. They have not responded to a request for clarification, so I have to conclude that they only have enough of the product to dispatch half of orders. It’s a pity because they used to be absolutely reliable. Make sure you pay by a debit or credit card that can recover your money if they don’t deliver!
Disappointed with delivery times, if there’s not enough stock to send out in the next day or two you should let people know when buying.
My dog loves this food, always happy to eat it and works well for him.
