Product is a good product however delivery took longer than 1 week from ordering. I contacted customer services but got no response when asking for an update on delivery.
I ordered my dog food on 16/2 - 3 weeks ago - and it has still not arrived. I had an e-mail from DPD on 5 March to say they are expecting my parcel, however, tracking still shows that they have not received it. It would be one thing if I could easily source my dog's food in a local pet food store, however, it is not available. Have been trying hard to continue to support you, but I am now running extremely low on dog food and need to source replacement elsewhere.
Is it any surprise that he’s livelier (and stools more consistent) with a healthy kibble? Easily worth the money, and over the past two years we have tried almost everything else out there.
No sign of my order, despite you saying you fulfilled it 4 days ago. DHL saying they haven’t got it yet
