DPD lost the parcel and won’t speak to me about it. I can’t get hold of anyone at Jurassic Bark for a refund or replacement. I’ve tried contact by email, WhatsApp, and social media and had one “holding” message back. Awful customer service and £70 potentially lost.

Excellent service, very fast delivery ,excellent quality food ,I have a very fussy maine coon this is the only dry food hes eaten and seems to enjoy it ,and seems far more satisfied, I feed it alongside his raw food ,definitely will be buying again
Jurassic Bark have been my supplier for the last 2 years. Unfortunately the last deliveries have become unreliable and I suspect they have problems with cash flow. For example the last order was notified as being dispatched a full week after placing the order but only half of it has arrived and DPD say the dispatcher created 2 labels but only gave them the content of one. They have not responded to a request for clarification, so I have to conclude that they only have enough of the product to dispatch half of orders. It’s a pity because they used to be absolutely reliable. Make sure you pay by a debit or credit card that can recover your money if they don’t deliver!
