Will not use again, item arrived in badly damaged packaging after having to chase to be sent in the first place. Ended up buying additional supplies from elsewhere. Will not use again.
First order from this company. Really fast delivery and the food is a huge hit with my incredibly fussy dog. Highly recommend.
Today is Day 8 since ordering from Jurassic Bark, & still no sign of delivery.
No responses from Jurassic Bark to my emails, phone calls, whats app message.
I have never come across a company that is so unresponsive to their customers.
The only emailing I have received since 24th October is one from Jurassic Bark informing me they have fulfilled my order on 24th October only they haven’t I am still waiting for DPD to inform me they have my parcel and will deliver some time,some day.
This company is a complete shambles avoid at all costs!!!, I have ordered from Jurassic Bark before but never have I experienced this non communicative responses before. I have had to purchase dog food from another retailer due to no delivery/communication when I am likely to receive package.
I am now in the process of informing my bank to refund my money as I have very little faith that Jurassic Bark will fulfil my order.
I could do without the stress & Agro. My advice AVOID AVOID AVOID do not part with your money to this shambolic company they are utterly useless!!!!!! This has all hallmarks of company going into administration.
Bought these as Eden products came well recommended but all 5 of my cats, which are two different breeds, would not eat these. I have to admit I was surprised, but think next time it would be better to try a sample before ordering a big bag.
