Haven’t even received it so how can I fill out a feedback survey?
You’ve sent me a feedback survey but I haven’t even received the order yet. Nor have DPD even got it yet! So how can I do a review on something I still haven’t got. Not very quick delivery at all
I understand there was a delay due to bad weather but that is long past and no sign of our order, no communication about the delivery and no communication from yourselves about how to proceed. I will order elsewhere in future.
