I called you on Black Friday to order 2x12 kg of dog food. I couldn’t complete the sale online so I called you and left a message. Nobody called me back. I then left another message and and again nobody called me back. I left another message on you website and guess what ? Nobody rang me back. Absolutely woeful service from a customer who has always used you previously. I will in future be using another Eden supplier and will not recommend your business. Hopefully, finally, this poor review may trigger a response from you !!

Sadly due to supply issues our delivery was significantly delayed. Communication initially poor but then improved.
Don’t use the subscription service..it will cost you more in the long run!
I signed up to a subscription for my dog food to take a worry out of my mind, however this is now the third consecutive time that we have had to buy more dog food from another supplier, which is costing me around £40 in total. It just isn’t acceptable when they take your money and don’t send the goods the same day! I’d avoid all subscriptions with Jurassic Bark and just stay buying each time you require food.
No notification of short supply and slow delivery until I chased up. Would have been useful to know at time of order as we have had to find another supplier
