Prices and product range remain good but disappointed my order was delayed and the notification of the delay was only sent after the order was meant to have been delivered, which was not ideal. Luckily this time it didn't cause an issue. Hopefully this is one off as I will use Jurasic Bark again.

I understand there was a delay due to bad weather but that is long past and no sign of our order, no communication about the delivery and no communication from yourselves about how to proceed. I will order elsewhere in future.
