I called you on Black Friday to order 2x12 kg of dog food. I couldn’t complete the sale online so I called you and left a message. Nobody called me back. I then left another message and and again nobody called me back. I left another message on you website and guess what ? Nobody rang me back. Absolutely woeful service from a customer who has always used you previously. I will in future be using another Eden supplier and will not recommend your business. Hopefully, finally, this poor review may trigger a response from you !!
I have raised this issue in 2 emails but have yet to receive a reply (3 days later)
Well I would like to review it but as i havent recieved it I cant and I am not impressed!!
