I was already aware that I was purchasing a good quality product, but the speed of delivery was amazing, as was the communication with Jurassic Bark. the bed was a present for the dog next door, and she loves it.
Product is a good product however delivery took longer than 1 week from ordering. I contacted customer services but got no response when asking for an update on delivery.
I ordered my dog food on 16/2 - 3 weeks ago - and it has still not arrived. I had an e-mail from DPD on 5 March to say they are expecting my parcel, however, tracking still shows that they have not received it. It would be one thing if I could easily source my dog's food in a local pet food store, however, it is not available. Have been trying hard to continue to support you, but I am now running extremely low on dog food and need to source replacement elsewhere.
