I am writing to report an issue regarding a parcel that was marked as delivered but has not been received by me.
According to the tracking information, my parcel was delivered on 12 of December However, I did not receive the parcel, and after checking with neighbours and around my property, it appears that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I would appreciate it if you could urgently investigate this matter and confirm where the parcel was delivered. I kindly request either the recovery of the parcel or a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
