Order never arrived. I’d like a refund and you can thank DPDs continuously poor service for the loss of a customer. I cannot tolerate it again. We’ve used Jurassic bark for over a year, as do our neighbors, and every order is touch and go as to whether or not it will actually arrive.

I didn't realize when I ordered that Mars has now purchased Acana and the food is no longer grain free and they no longer use human grade, whole prey ingredients. I have always been proud to use this once Canadian product, but will now be looking for an alternative.
