"Next day" delivery took over a week. Total false advertising.
However, highly recommend the Eden food itself - just buy it elsewhere (its available for the same price on petshop.co.uk)
Don’t use the subscription service..it will cost you more in the long run!
I signed up to a subscription for my dog food to take a worry out of my mind, however this is now the third consecutive time that we have had to buy more dog food from another supplier, which is costing me around £40 in total. It just isn’t acceptable when they take your money and don’t send the goods the same day! I’d avoid all subscriptions with Jurassic Bark and just stay buying each time you require food.
