Good product but the delivery driver is very irresponsible

My two cats really liked this product so this isn't my first time ordering and will continue ordering . Gave one star for the bad delivery, the delivery driver arrived and rang the intercom, he told me to come to the pick up point to collect the parcel and ended up leaving without leaving me the parcel. I'm 64 years old and I can't carry heavy things which is why I order online, this isn't the first time specifically this driver has let me down. I emailed the delivery company but they didn't reply to me, I also emailed this company and they failed to respond too, I think the company should also be responsible for the delivery of the product. I hope the next delivery will be delivered to my door step without problems.
